Community Safety Month reminds us that we all have a role to play in making our community a safer place to live, work, and visit.
Throughout October, we are hosting FREE activities to promote safety and connection. We invite everyone to come along, get involved, and learn how we can build a safer community together.
Community Safety Day
Sunday 5 October
10am–12pm
Rotary’s Caulfield Food and Craft
Market, Caulfield Racecourse Reserve
Come and meet your local emergency services teams. It’s a chance to learn about the important work they do in our community and ask questions. There will also be CPR manikins to learn and practice CPR skills.
Community Safety Mini Expo
Thursday 6 November
10am–12pm
Bentleigh Library and Youth Hub
161 Jasper Road, Bentleigh
Join local Police, emergency and support services to ask questions, share concerns, and learn more about community safety and local support services. Connect with those who help keep our community safe and supported. CPR manikins will also be available for you to learn and practice essential CPR techniques in a hands-on and supportive environment.

Tuesday 14 October
11am–12pm
Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre

Enjoy a free coffee and chat with your local Police about all things community safety. No question is too small — come along, say hello and ask away!
